"The staff was very nice. Our room was large. The water in the shower never got warm the entire 4 days we were there. I will add , we chose not to complain about it since there was an ongoing water shortage on the island and we didn’t want to seem ungrateful… lol The bar on site was closed the entire 4 days we stayed ( Aug 21st-24th) a tad disappointed with that. Breakfast wasn’t available the 1st morning but was the next three mornings and it was very good. The location of the hotel was wonderful. We walked a lot but everything felt close ."

"Renovations in the lobby are underway and I’m sure will be lovely. Room was nice, clean, great beds. Aircon all good. The biggest issue was the walls were all bright white with no artwork or color contrast, and because the building is connected to two building on either side given it is in Old San Juan, on the rooms on the street side have windows. So no natural light in our room. It was fine for a one night stay, but I wouldn’t stay longer u less I had a window in the room."

"Everything was great. Clean room, friendly helpful staff, and a great location for nightlife. The only thing that was different from the listing is the rooftop bar was closed down. But with all the options that are surrounding the hotel, it wasn’t a problem."

"I stayed there for 4 nights and it was in such a perfect location. If you are looking to be in the middle of the night life this is the perfect spot. Not also just that but it’s right in the middle of old San Juan so you can walk anywhere!"
