"Jessica and Ruben were incredible hosts. Their property is so gorgeous with views of both the rain forest and the ocean. We loved that their animals were roaming around! "Staff made this an excellent experience. From check-in with Elizabeth, to greetings in the lobby from staff, the beach workers and particularly the hosts/servers at the breakfast buffet, it made for a wonderful time. Room faced the ocean and made for a pleasant unwinding time sitting on the balcony at the end of the day. Would recommend this resort to anyone going to PR. (Caveat: be prepared for resort fee and local room tax not listed in the room price.)"

"I would stay here again without a doubt! We rented a car but didn’t need it during our stay in Old San Juan. Everything was within walking distance. There are plenty of dining options for all times of day just crossing the street. The hotel was very pleasant, beyond my expectations. We stayed in a suite, which was quite spacious for our 4-people family. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I just can’t say enough good thing things about Hotel Rumbao. "

"The property was immaculate. Very spacious with many amenities. It had our favorite beach on the island. The landscaping around the entire property was perfect. Everything was extremely clean and well taken care of. Plenty of places to find and have fun in. The pool was amazing and well kept. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that their was no jacuzzi. "

"Nice clean room. Situated within the airport. One complaint. The handicapped rail is between the toilet and sink. It's connected to the floor in two places. My wife hit the floor connector with her toes and possibly broke one of the toes. The TV setup sucks not being able to find the listed channels."
