"Everything was perfect. I’m in my late 20s and I took a trip with my girlfriend to see her family and experience Puerto Rico for the first time. We got stranded on the beach by a micro-storm and were soaking wet. It was our last night in PR and were so sad to see it end so abruptly. That’s when MARIANA really made our stay really mean something. She was so sweet and professional every time we came home after a day full of activities. This night, however, she really made sure to make us feel like borderline family. She greeted us with towels, the biggest smile, and a hug for my shivering girlfriend. Her warmth and enthusiasm alone is a reason I’d come back and stay."
