"What an absolute gem in the heart of Old San Juan! This quaint, charming property was the perfect introduction to Puerto Rico and truly set the bar high for the rest of my trip. The buildings are older, but that is part of their beauty. They are full of character, history, and an undeniable charm that makes the experience feel authentic rather than ordinary. The open bar was a wonderful bonus, and the rooftop garden tub added an unexpected touch of relaxation and luxury. But the true highlight was the staff! Every person I encountered was an absolute ray of sunshine—beautiful inside and out, genuinely welcoming, knowledgeable, attentive, and eager to help. Their warmth and hospitality made me feel less like a guest and more like someone they were genuinely happy to welcome. One thing to keep in mind: there is no elevator, so pack light and consider the stairs if you have mobility or health concerns. Overall, this property exceeded my expectations in all the ways that matter. It has personality, charm, and, most importantly, people who make the experience unforgettable. The first leg of my Puerto Rican getaway was so wonderful that I honestly don’t know how the rest of my trip will top it! Five stars, without hesitation. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"This boutique hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The luxurious and comfortable atmosphere makes it an excellent choice for a private getaway, whether traveling solo or as a couple. The lobby is beautifully designed, offering a relaxing space to enjoy coffee, cocktails, or a game of pool. The room was incredibly spacious and surpassed expectations. The location is also very convenient, with restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and supermarkets nearby. The only downside is the very limited guest parking. Overall, an amazing experience! I would definitely stay again and have already recommended it to friends and family."

"Outstanding property! Very clean, comfortable, and the staff was top notch. We checked in on my fiances birthday, and my mother had called ahead to have a cake in our room upon check in. His favorite is lemon, which they do not have, but after she spent several phone calls with staff member Gian, he arranged for the chef to make the lemon cake. The housekeeping staff shut us out on our balcony while doing turn down service because they didn't know we were out there, but we found it incredibly humorous. Food options were delicious, but if you're traveling on a budget you'll want to search off property because they are pricy. Other than that, we had an amazing stay and highly recommended the Condado Vanderbilt for your Puerto Rican adventure."
