The staff was super welcoming and gave great recommendations on what to do locally. The rooms were clean and very spacious. If I'm ever in Puerto Rico again, definitely rebooking.

Decent on the cost but that comes with lack of amenities and cleanliness. The rooms reminded me of a trailer, long and skinny, bed against the wall and a glass bathroom stall. The most unconventional setup I've ever seen. Rooms were dirty to the point of washing your feet before putting your shoes on. Coffee cups were tiny, it took a few days before we received wash cloths after asking, no real space for woman to get ready (counter space), upper 7th floor deck was not in great shape, we didn't use the hot tub since everything else was dirty. I would not stay at this location again.

We could not get the thermostat to our liking and we could not get the safe to work. The front desk said they would send somebody to fix it, but nobody ever came.

I was pleasantly surprised by our room. It was very large, clean with great amenities in the room. This is a boutique hotel so it's small and quaint. Nice rooftop with hot tubs and seating areas. We got this hotel for just one night before going on a cruise. We didn't get to really see the surrounding area. We did walk about 20 min to get to a more populated areas with more restaurants and social life. Would absolutely stay here again just for the room!!

The air conditioning worked great ! The hot tub was great as well with a very nice city view and outdoor shower as well and laid back seating area. Staff was very helpful and attentive! The city had a water outage for a small period of time but no worries they also had backup water reserve which was awesome. Located near alot and overall great experience. Would definitely comeback.

The room was very spacious and clean the beds were very comfortable… Also the young man at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The outdoor areas where very accessible nice hangout spots and my favorite part was the beverage machine (free) coffee lattes and hot chocolate

While it was clean, the floor had some coating on it that made it slippery and it could have been cleaner. the beds were very good and comfortable.

The room is acceptable, but there was traffic noise outside, and there was noise in the adjacent rooms late at night. I had to call the front desk and complain about it.

Good location, nice somewhat upscale area, lots of restaurants, theater, art museum near by and overall room was nice for an old “artistic” hotel. But, the hotel is on very busy street, lots of vehicular noise, trucks, gasoline tankers, human voices, etc. Our room was very spacious but faced the street so not ideal for a light sleeper. Stairs are very noisy, voices echo loudly, especially in the middle of the night. A big group of women next door were obnoxiously loud especially from midnight till 2:30 at night when a hotel employee showed up at their door twice - I believe I heard him say that guests were complaining about the noise. It finally got quiet at 2:30ish but then the street noise started up - bars close at 2ish in downtown San Juan???? The room could have been cleaner, saw dust and dirt bunnies in room corners and on bathroom baseboards. But overall satisfied with the deluxe room. Hope this is of some help.

We really enjoyed this hotel for the helpful staff, the great location and the nice sized rooms with updated bathrooms. This area is fantastic with a lot of great restaurants, a grocery store, museums, and a park within less than 5 minutes walking! It was easy to get to old San Juan, La Placita, district t-mobile and the airport. The air conditioning was phenomenal and even had to be turned down some of the time. We had no issues with the WiFi and parking in the garage was a breeze. I would stay there again.

This place is great is your going to be out and about most of the time but what to come back to a nice place. Coffee is good , room service was good. We thought water wasn’t working but it seems they have the handles almost opposite . We got hot water on the cold side after running for like 5 mins and then it was hot. The bed is so comfortable ! It’s walking distance from everything as well. I loved it . Will be staying here again.

This hotel was really nice the room was clean and beautiful, the AC did keep the bedroom cool, the staff were very nice and helpful with all the doubts we had.
