The attendants helped take our bags up to our room when we arrived and were nothing but pleasant, helpful and kind. They let us know ahead of time that the elevators would be out of service for most of the stay. They also upgraded our room for free for our honeymoon! The rooftop pool was fabulous as well. Everything was absolutely wonderful!

The property looks just like the pictures may be better it is so beautiful and the three bedroom suite was perfect for our trip and looked amazing! There are plenty of things to eat & a grocery store within walking distance & the neighborhood feels very safe. Using Uber or Lyft is very easy and economical to get around to the beaches and other activities. We loved our stay & will definitely be back!

The decoration is breathtaking. Room are clean and got everything you may need. Staff is really kind and helpful. The views are amazing. And is located near everything. Totally in love with my experience.

I wish I could remember every staff members names because they were all so helpful and kind and welcoming. The place is beautiful and peaceful. Great for any occasion and the room was spacious and private. Usually I’m the type to explore and go to another hotel but I’ll definitely be back to Don Rafa!

Love our stay!! One of the best beds we have ever slept on. Location was great and close to many amenities. Only thing was our room had no microwave to warm our food. But they had one in the lobby which was fine. No electricity or water issues any day we were there. Definitely will book a room with them again!

OMG, I am in LOVE with this hotel! Everything was beautiful, and the staff were amazing. My only wish was that the suite had a microwave. I had to go downstairs and ask the front desk staff to warm up my food. They were always happy to help, but it would have been nice to have that convenience in my room. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in town!
