I am thankful for them accommodating me. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I loved having Starbucks downstairs. Overall the pool was spa was superb. I would stay here again if I had to."

"This property is very disappointing arrived after long tiring flight and coming to a dirty linens and beddings, management unable to response right away, The water in the shower is inconsistent of having hot water, filthy bed sheets disgusting pillows. Pls avoid, this is our first time in Puerto Rico, and expectation is not met in this property. Cleanliness is not priority in this unit, unhealthy and unsanitary. "
