「I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. George was especially helpful, and the front desk team was always polite, accommodating, and professional. We were celebrating my best friend’s birthday, and the hotel surprised her with a bottle of champagne and a thoughtful handwritten note. It was such a kind gesture that made our stay even more special. My favorite part of the hotel was the rooftop pool and hot tub overlooking Old San Juan....

「シェラトンに泊まるという認識で予約を入れたのですが、ホテル名が変わっていました。 タクシーの運転手に、オールドサンファンにシェラトンは無いと言われ、住所を説明して行ってもらったのですが、その遣り取りで少し難儀しました。 ホテルはジュニアスイートルームに泊まり、ソファ付きのリビングは広くて立派だったのですが、宿泊料（1泊5万円強）に見合う施設だったかというと、少し疑問です。 レターデスクが狭く、2部屋あるのでエアコンの調整が難しかったのも不便を感じました。 またシャワーの湯温の調整も難しく、熱すぎるお湯を被ってしまいました。 しかし観光施設としての立地は最高で、オールドサンファンを堪能するホテルとしては申し分ないと思います。 もう少し安ければという、前提条件付きですが。」

「We arrived the night of our check-in date and were notified there was no power at the hotel, but that it would be back around 2 am. We had noticed everyone else had power but they told us that it was their transformer that had messed up. We took it and went to bed. Mind you, they do not have any generators. We woke up the next morning and there was still no power. We went down to ask when the power would be back and we were told about another hour. Once again, we let time pass and still no...

「Very nice place to stay & super quiet and relaxing. Pool area is a good touch. Walking distance to restaurants etc. We stayed in room 406 which was very nice & had a outside space with a big size tub. Also great views especially at night. Staff was very friendly & helpful.」

「Super séjour avec du personnel hyper agréable. Spécialement le gérant Hector avec qui nous avons eu énormément de plaisir. La propreté et l'entretien peuvent être améliorés, mais selon moi ce sont des détails qui rendent l'expérience encore plus intéressante pour quelqu'un qui veut vivre le quotidien d'un citoyen à Puerto Rico. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, ce fut dur de quitter.」

「Great place to stay if you like bar hopping and its in the heart of old san juan easy acccess to tourist places . my only con is the stairs and how unmaintained the walls are granting its an old building. also too much noise outside the rooms from other people coming from the bars 10pm to 3 pm expect loud noises.」

「Great room. Great staff. AC amazing. Shower amazing. Parking garage legit around the corner. Food everywhere. Dos lobos (empanadas and bar) next door amazing and perfect spot! So close to bars. Would def recommend and stay again!!」
