"Love the infinity pool. Love the fitness center. Disappointed with Tacos & Tequila. My taco was dry and the lime slices were dry--not a drop of juiice came out of all three of them. I got the Chichen first on the list. Been before and was better. Room cleanup missed and called at 6 p.m. and they sent someone to service and much appreciated. Missed my room snack two days. Still won't keep us from coming back. "

"We had a problem with our a/c. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay. I would recommend and if I visit Old San Juan again I would definitely stay here. It was quiet, clean and they have jacuzzi’s on the rooftop along with stone baths on the rooftop. "
