The room, the staff, the location were all fantastic. A very nice fresh-cooked breakfast is available each morning. Great value—Perfect place to stay when visiting Old San Juan.

The breakfast was wonderful. We had something different everyday. The fruit was especially fresh and sweet. One of our favorites was the smoked salmon on everything bagel. And the cappuccino was amazing.

Excellent breakfast at the hotel included in rate. The property was very quiet Teresa and Freddie could accommodate our every need. You need to know this is a very small property and if you have friends staying in another hotel, they're not allowed inside. it was a very relaxing place to stay in the midst of all the action in old San Juan.

We turned up at the front door and immediately got told by a passer by that we were about to stay at a great hotel and that Freddy was amazing. They were right... we had a great stay. The staff, room, and breakfast were faultless.

The room was lovely and clean. Nice balcony. The rooftop was peaceful. Location near plenty of things. Seafood restaurant right next door. We were here in late March on a week night, and we did not have a problem with noise. We travel with portable sound machines, a USB fan, and power strip extension cords (one for me, one for my husband) that also have USB-a and USB-c outlets. We never go anywhere without those things, and they’re lifesavers, but it wasn’t really necessary here. Highly recommend!

Hotel location is excellent and the building is beautiful, it is walking distance to Plaza Colon, the San Cristobal Castle and basically all of Old San Juan, the place is pristine, check in was easy, room is ample and nicely set, the bathroom was clean with good shower, breakfast is ok, with limited options, stiff, unfriendly, and rushed staff, but great coffee. We did not like the feeling of being in a convent full of rules and the staff not being really welcoming.

The hosts are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The room is clean and accommodating. The rooftop area is delightful for relaxing, the breakfast delicious, and the hot tub relaxing while overlooking the city. Location is excellent!
