"I wish I would have known the property was under construction. I think the coupons were given so we didn’t “see” the construction as much. The humidifiers in the room were useless and took up a lot of room. The food was good but took a long time to arrive but the staff was amazing! The elevators were very old. The hotel could also use an area where you could sit outside and enjoy the mornings. I did know the beach was a bit of a walk and that was true but the beach towels could use an upgrade."

"Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Answered all our questions and provided information that was helpful that I didn’t think I would need. They quickly addressed a minor issue with our room. Light bulbs were missing. It was resolved immediately. Location was perfect Walkable to Distrito T mobile Bus shuttles to old San Juan took the stress out of driving."
