"We had a perfect vacation at this resort. Beautiful views of the pool and ocean. Plenty of outdoor games and things to do at the resort. Wonderful food from room service, the pool bar and breakfast buffet. I lost my phone and thought I was going to have a miserable time, a staff member found it and turned it in and I got it back really quickly. The staff was wonderful. The room was exceptionally clean. It was perfect I can't wait to return. Hopefully very soon."

"La ubicación es excelente. Lo único que puedo destacar. Mal olor a humedad y a viejo desde que entras. Muebles deteriorados, rotos. No hay elevador. El cuarto con una peste a polvo y humedad. Los matres son de baja calidad, puedes sentir los resortes de alambre. El televisor no servía. Lo único bueno; el aire acondicionado. Nos tocó un cuarto en el tercer piso con una pared de cristal con cortinas y de noche la claridad que entra al cuarto lo pone como si fuera de día. El precio muy alto para lo que ofrece. Recomiendo invertir en su arreglo, que incluye paredes agrietadas por los temblores, techos goteriando agua en los pasillos, limpieza, etc. Tiene un recibidor con una barra enorme, pero nunca vi a nadie allí. No vuelvo."

"Overall, the experience was good. Upon arrival, our studio was not ready, although the cleaning staff resolved the issue quickly. The first impression was positive, but several details affected our stay. I also shared this same feedback directly with the host. 1. We could not control the A/C temperature, so the first night was extremely cold. 2. The provided bedsheet was stained and dirty, so we could not use it. 3. The sofa bed and upholstery were dirty. We included photos as evidence. 4. The coffee maker had coffee residue in both the filter and pot. 5. The bathroom door scrapes against the floor, making it difficult to close and risking damage if forced. 6. I called about the internet connection, which I needed for work, but it never worked. If WiFi is offered, it should function properly. Unlike water or power outages, internet service is something that can usually be addressed more reliably. 7. The television could not be used because it was not connected to the internet. 8. The listing should specify that the stairs are narrow, which can be difficult for people with physical limitations. 9. At the second entrance gate, there was heavy dripping water, apparently from an A/C unit, making the area uncomfortable and slippery since the lock is located there."

"We had a wonderful time here! The house is charming, and having AC in the bedrooms and movie room is a huge plus. We ended up changing plans so we could spend a day enjoying the pool and games in the yard. One night we grilled on the Blackstone, which was great for not having to cook inside. The hammock is lovely for swinging and looking at the stars. The movie room was fantastic. We were 4 adults, so there was more than enough room for us to put our feet up and watch a movie each night. All the fun finishes and neon signs made the place feel more like a boutique hotel. If you stay here, you must check out the Glenview Bakery for breakfast pastries and the Pollo Rico blues for the best takeaway roast chicken and lechón! The house was very convenient to every place we wanted to go. We booked the Insta-Funable house the night before we arrived due to our previously reserved VRBO becoming unavailable the day before check in. The host was very communicative and receptive. We could ask any question and he got back to us quickly. This was a delightful unexpected stay!"
