"I had a really disappointing experience staying here. From the moment we arrived, basic amenities were either missing or not working, and it took multiple follow-ups to get any kind of response. We requested simple necessities like towels and toilet paper, along with help for WiFi issues and a broken air conditioner. Despite being told someone would come, no one ever showed up to fix these problems. Communication was slow and inconsistent. The most frustrating issue was losing running water entirely. Our toilet, shower, and sink all stopped working, which made the space essentially unlivable. While we were told it was an “island-wide issue,” there was no urgency or proactive solution offered for guests. We had to repeatedly reach out just to get updates, and even then, timelines were missed (we were told someone would arrive at 9am, but they didn’t). Although the staff acknowledged the issues and apologized, the lack of follow-through and delayed action made the situation extremely frustrating. At a minimum, guests should expect reliable communication and timely solutions when essential utilities are affected. Overall, the experience felt poorly managed, and I would not recommend staying here unless there are major improvements in responsiveness and maintenance."

"Everything was good. It served all of our needs. We were able to get dinner at 9:30 at night. The room was very small, but it was sufficient. The air-conditioning worked great. It was quiet. We were able to have complementary breakfast in the morning, which was what you would expect. The convenience of it being in the airport was great because we could go right there when we got off our plane and able to go right to our cruise pick up service in the morning."
