"I booked my stay two weeks in advance, but when I arrived for check-in, I was told the property had been overbooked and the room I specifically requested was no longer available. On top of that, the small-framed lady at the front desk was rude, snappy, and not helpful at all during the situation. Very disappointing customer service and poor handling of reservations. Not to mention house keeping didn’t clean my room once they just kept bringing new towels and rags."
