"Punto a favor es la cercanía al centro del pueblo de Ponce . En contra , se anuncian con piscina y no la tienen disponible, por cierto ese fue el factor clave para que lo tomara ; necesita mantenimiento, cucarachas , el aire acondicionado estaba derramando agua . Si tienes problemas de movilidad el dormitorio está subiendo una angosta escalera en espiral , no tiene ventanas al exterior y en el interior se escucha todo el ruido exterior."

"The staff was friendly and pleasant. Easy to communicate with and always met all expectations. If you called or asked anyone at the front desk for anything they always provided you with any information requested or brought anything to your room within a short about of time. The hotel is centrally located when it comes to distance to a number of restaurants, local business, the beach, or convenient under/lyft rides to further locations."

"We truly enjoyed our stay here and HAD A WONDERFUL TIME. THE STAFF WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING … HOWEVER, a few things we felt need a little work.. our shower was cold and the air conditioning was hot!😩… the staff made attempts to fix it but obviously it needed more than they could provide and THEY DID FOLLOW UP EACH TIME👏👏👏! The other thing was the breakfast buffet is $33 per person and they served powdered eggs! At this cost of $33, I feel having real eggs isn’t asking too much! Things happens , but OVERALL WE WOULD WITHOUT A DOUBT EASILY STAY AGAIN !!"
