「We had a truly wonderful stay at the Hyatt. The resort is stunning, with beautiful pools and beach access, as well as so many great amenities. The open air lobby and restaurants are lovely. The only down side is that the suite rooms are separated by doors with translucent glass, so it was hard for our younger kids to sleep when other family members were still up with the lights on, despite being in a different room. 「The vallet guys were awesome and the front desk as well , my only issue is that we were in the 10th floor , right below the restaurant so we can here everything all day all night and the room was next to the elevator. Also they never changed my bed sheets not once other than that the hotel and location were beautiful.」

「The location was very ideal for what we were there for the place needs to be uplifted. The furniture outside was old. The pillows were dirty and dated the rooms needed to be updating. The staff was extremely very nice and helpful. They definitely brighten the place up. Relaxing around the pool area was extremely nice. Just need to update their furniture.」

「La Concha is beautiful. Great stay however there were children scuba diving in the adults only pool and nobody did anything about it. Pretty annoying.」
