"Staff were rude. When asking for additional towels was told you already have two. Manager was terrible to deal with. There is nothing around that you can walk to. There are limited seats around the pool and we found ourselves always having to move to let them by. Rooms are parsley decorated with no place for you luggage."

We had a minor issue with the air conditioner, but the host responded immediately and resolved the problem right away. Overall, communication with the host was great, and we truly enjoyed our stay.
