"The resort is beautiful and the food in the restaurants is top notch. It’s a large expansive property but the staff is always willing to pick you up in golf carts to get you around property."

"We had such a wonderful stay at Lilly’s place! We chose a Vrbo over a resort since we planned to spend most of our time out exploring, and this condo was perfect for that.Aquatika is an amazing property with so many amenities—five pools (including a slide and hot tubs), tennis and pickleball courts, mini golf, basketball courts, grills, picnic areas, and a beautiful private beach. We also really appreciated how safe and well-managed the community is, with wristbands required and checked upon entry.Lilly went above and beyond as a host. She provided so many extras like beach chairs, boogie boards, float tubes, tennis rackets, a pickleball set, and more, which made enjoying the property so easy.The condo was ideal for our family of four. The three bedrooms gave us plenty of space, and we loved the upstairs living area for relaxing in the evenings. The rooftop patio was a highlight, and having a washer/dryer for our week-long stay was very convenient. The kitchen was also well-equipped for the meals we made.The location of the property was perfectly centrally located for us as it is located between San Juan and Fajardo, which is where we did many activities. Lilly provided great local recommendations and was always quick to respond. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"The unit was lovely, especially the penthouse area. Loved the views all around. The facility was safe and clean. Beach was very nice. Hostess provided beach chairs, umbrella and also in home games. Enjoyed the free Wi-Fi, convenient parking and friendly guards. Hostess provided a lot of info before arriving - which was very helpful. Having said that, there were some disappointments too:1. The Hot Tub was NOT hot. It was the same as the pool water. 2. No hot water in the unit except for the shower, and it was sketchy. Couldn't get through a short shower before it ran out.Minor annoyances:1. No trash bag in the kitchen2. Ants were a constant battle.3. No posted Check-Out procedures. It was tough not getting the info until the last day. Overall, the place was great for the price. We still completely enjoyed ourselves, and would recommend it to anyone. Thank You for sharing this unit with us. "

"We had a lovely time and enjoyed the property. We did not use the pool, and the beach we did not sit on and SUN with so many other options. We loved walking on the beach at sunrise/sunset.. The property was as pictured, with spacious area for families. The beds were comfortable and the bedding updated. We enjoyed the property."

"The Casa Paraiso house was amazing—it felt like an oasis in Loíza! Shoutout to the host, Carola, for answering all of my questions and ensuring we had a wonderful stay.Our group included my wife, my two sons (18 and 26), and another adult couple. We wanted a place with A/C, a washer and dryer, and enough space so we could all relax without feeling crowded. We arrived in Puerto Rico two days early so our boys could experience the island, since it was their first time visiting before departing on our 7-day Caribbean cruise.The house was very clean and looked like it had been recently renovated. It had a great layout, with two living room areas, each with TVs. It also included 2.5 bathrooms, plus an additional full bathroom with a shower by the pool on the back patio. We didn’t plan to stay in San Juan, but it was close enough for us to visit in the evenings with the boys.We definitely enjoyed our stay and would return the next time we travel with a small group.Thanks again, Carola!"
