"The first room we got in the floor & walls were wet. The room was hot. The host moved us to the next room which was great! The water occasionally was hot due to everyone sharing so it was either like warm or cold most of the time. The sheets did not smell great or clean but with no hesitation we received new ones but they did not smell the best either. Overall the just had good communication but some things could have been better. "

"The apartment was very nice. Big clean a few bugs no screens on the windows. The terrace was beautiful. The pool was beautiful and the beach was magnificent. The location was not ideal unless you have a rental car which we did not and we did not know Suzanne was very quick to response with any questions. Unfortunately, the water was shut off twice while we were there due to some issues in the complex overall it was a nice day because we met someone that had a car. "

"Only an overnight stay, but found the property very clean and accurately described. Accommodating and responsive hosts. Gated and secure ocean front property. 4th floor, nice views, roof top patio was nice. Spacious and comfortable beds."

"So after a bit of a hiccup, on the first day the owner Sam was at the property was actually still there and not leaving till the next day... let me say he went above and beyond to make sure me and my family were well taken care of. He got us a small bungalow and 1 other room to accolades all 6 of us... next day we wanted to go to the beach and he wasmore than happy to let us drop our bags and pick up the beach supplies... when wewere done at the beach he was ust leaving which was ok and there was a ice cold bottle of tequila in the freezer!! He went above and beyond to rectify the situation which in my opinion was an honest mistake. My family had the greatest time here!! The house was fantastic accommodating all our needs! Thanks for having us, we would definitely recommend this property!! We didn't need anything other than what foods and beverages we wanted. Everything you need to enjoy your stay is readily available!"
