"We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Aquatika. The complex itself is fantastic, featuring five beautiful pools and convenient private access to the beach, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The apartment was spotless, well maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was exactly as described. The security staff truly stood out—they were kind, professional, and very knowledgeable about the area. They offered great local recommendations and went above and beyond when our flight change unexpectedly stranded us on the island. They coordinated with the landlord to allow us to check in a few hours early at no extra charge, which made a stressful situation much easier. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again."

"The resort and the unit are 2 totally different experiences. The resort itself was lovely- lots of pools and on a small beach (pools needed to be maintained better and the "waterpark" part of it is only open on the weekends) but the resort was kept tidy and pleasant. Our unit, however, was clean but VERY disappointing. It was not maintained well and many things were broken (the lock on the sliding doors, locks on the windows, THE TV!!!) Appliances were beeping like crazy. We called the unit owner to repair the lock on the sliders (did not feel comfortable leaving valuables or sleeping in an unlocked unit) and to repair the TV and the beeping noises. They sent someone who could not fix any of it and so we stayed for 8 days with NO TV, doors that wouldn't lock, and a crazy beeping noise. It honestly was very frustrating and made the trip unpleasant. I was very disappointed that we got no help from the owner, despite many follow up texts. I would not return to this unit and sadly do not recommend. "
