Great stay. Front desk people were frie dly, and suggested restaurants nearby. The place is great and smells of essential oils. Very close to Centro de Bellas artes, and to Kaiju, an amazing Japanese fusion restaurant nearby.

I stayed at The Looking Glass Hotel in Santurce and had such a great experience! The place itself is beautiful, clean, and super comfortable exactly what I was hoping for. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome right away. The only thing worth noting is that the surrounding area didn’t feel the safest at first glance, but honestly it wasn’t too bad once I settled in. Inside the hotel, though, everything was perfect and I always felt secure. Overall, I’d definitely recommend The Looking Glass Hotel to anyone visiting Santurce it’s a hidden gem!

Excellent. Very clean and welcoming, the rooms were perfect for a couples vacation. Highly recommend staying here, not too touristy but still walkable to some local areas, ubers aren’t too expensive either. Hotel staff is very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again!
