「The hotel was centralized where it was close to the freeway and at the end of the strip for a beautiful walk any time of day. Lots of nearby restaurants for various food. It was less than 10 minutes Uber ride to Old San Juan, 15 minutes away from the airport. Hotel itself was nice and clean, lobby and outside was maintained. During our stay only 1 elevator (out of 2) was working so sometimes we had to catch the next ride b/c it was full. The “beach” is small and rocky, would recommend water...

「This property looks actually like the photos. The room with the ocean view was nice and lovely view. The room was comfortable and house keeping was attentive daily. I like that they have the mechanism of no key to get into your room it’s a wrist band that was convenient. The daily wellness to sign up for was a nice treat and the instructor was great. 「Beautiful views and a good location! The staff was very friendly and every person we interacted with was great! The restaurant was delicious!! Snorkeling and restaurants walking distance. We had an accessible room for some reason and when we showered the whole bathroom floor would be soaking wet so we would slip around which was annoying. Our door was broken and very hard to open and close. I felt bad for the other guests when I had to leave early for an excursion because my door was so loud...
