My wife and I booked here on emergency and where met with total understanding and care! We didn’t know to expect but we’re totally satisfied with cleanliness, location and most importantly with the staff! We will stay here again in the near future!

The location was perfect—close to restaurants, attractions, and transportation, making it very convenient to get around. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and both the room and common areas were well-maintained throughout my stay. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, and everything felt fresh and comfortable. What truly stood out was the outstanding customer service. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Room was nice and spacious. Did not have all the basic small essentials like most rooms but that was no big deal. Everything was in walking distance. The beach was accessible and the neighborhood was really safe.

Es muy pequeño y algunas cosas estaban manchadas. El jacuzzi tenia mucho Clorox ,estaba un poco sucks el agua y no hacia las burkas cuando lo prendias.

This property is more like an Airbnb, since there are no staff on site, which was not particularly clear in the listing. There are six units all in a one story building with a shared outer courtyard. The rooms and bathrooms inside are quite large and modern and very comfortable. And outside there are four mini Jacuzzis that guests can use. It is within walking distance of the beach across the highway via a pedestrian bridge. We had a slight delay in checking in because you needed to obtain the door codes from the manager over the phone. But once we got the codes, everything was great.

We stayed in mar del Norte 3 which is around the corner from the original location. Room #1 had a massive kitchen, living room, dining room. Small full size bed and bath. (Paid for a king) Gated. Close to tennis court. Staff was nice. Beach and food across the pedestrian bridge a few blocks over. Cute shared patio with jacuzzi out back. Lots of windows in kitchen that look directly to the patio

Very small unit (room#3) with a good closet. The king-size bed takes all the space in the room which is minimally equipped and needs update. I always check the bedsheets first upon arrival. That day the sheets were not removed and laundered after the previous guests. I found few body hair, lots of sand and blood stains on the fitted sheet and the pillow cases as well (red, not brown spots which indicates not cleaning process). I communicated with the host via text message before arrival, so I sent the pics and let her know. She is extremely responsive, apologized and told me that someone will take care of it (cleaning stuff was still at the premises). We left for a walk, she texted that it is done, and upon return (more than an hour later), the bed was made. I checked again, same hair and same blood spots still there, less sand. Texted again, so the hosts came immediately, bringing clean sheets, they changed it by themselves and apologized again. I appreciate the fast response to fix the issue. The bathroom seemed ok regarding the cleanliness, but hard to tell, the tiles are brownish colored. We only stayed for a night, this place is unpleasant, only good if you just need a place to sleep and shower, close to the airport. Isla Verde is walking distance, so the location is good. The outdoor space looks much nicer, which may attract the people for booking the room. I think this unit is overpriced for the current conditions.

This last stay was good but my first stay at a different location was much better. The apartment wasn't too cool like the air wasn't working good and the wifi was out. I arri ed at the wrong location but the manager got there in ti.r and got me a ride to the right location

Me gustó el espacio. Muy espacioso. Buena localización. No me gustó que los alrededores (mesas y sillas y area de descanso no estaban limpios. El aire no da la capacidad para la propiedad. Se tarda en estar agradable.
