everything about this stay was exactly what i wanted . we arrived at this location from our flight from boston at like 1am and couldn’t get into the room (we went to the wrong door lol). we called the number we were given for any questions and she answered immediately and helped us figure out where we went wrong . The room was very clean and the location was amazing and close to everything we wanted to do and next time i come i will be returning to the janer house !

Worst place ever. Mold everywhere, no communication and they paint the mold over. Roof leaking my lungs were hurting because we couldn’t breathe after being there an hour.

There were no individual parkings as stated only off street, the internet never worked and there was no hot water. I had to leave early as i had a 7 yr old and the facilities were not appropriate. Very disappointing.

Room was dirty the sheets were yellow and the towels. They have me the wrong keys adn entered a room with guest in there. Had to call several times forncheck in info. Requested more towels, did not get them. The bath tub was clogged

When arrived instructions were clearly listed for check in, upon walking into the property we were unsure if the room had been cleaned, under the beds has tissues and some a tips. Towels were not clean that were provided. This lead us to have to purchase our own. Water to shower was SCORCHING HOT and unbearable. The water will quickly cycle from cold to hot to BURNING hot with the only way to fix it was to shut off the water wait a few mins and do it all over again until shower was over. I reached out multiple times over my stay and didn’t get consistent responses regarding fixing the water, or the WiFi that was not working for the duration of my stay. In short, what I paid for was not ideal and caused for the stay to be more of a hassle.
