This hotel was perfect for our stay. It was in a local area to downtown. It was very clean and smelt very nice which is a big thing for me. Highly recommend staying here.

We had an excellent experience during our stay! The location was great, the room was clean and comfortable, and the property was very well maintained. Este lugar me encantó , la decoración estilo antiguo muy bien conservada, la limpieza y todo en general . Lo unico malo que en mi estadía no salio agua caliente pero con el calor que hace en Puerto Rico no lo necesitarás.

Gorgeous property! Couldn’t have asked for more. The resident suite that we stayed in was gorgeous, spacious, historic, and even had a kitchenette. I love the indoor pool and the robes. The location was perfect and the shared spaces were lovely. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Casa Lucienne was perfect for my solo trip. It was in a great location and is decorated beautifully. My room, The Lucienne suite, was fabulous. Bathing in the soaking tub on the terrace was divine. The courtyard with palm trees and the indoor pool were the cherries on top.

There was no hot water in the showers but there is also a drought so I don't blame the hotel. You have to park in a lot so that might get pricey for longer trips

Casa Lucienne was perfect to unwind and relax. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and peaceful. Julian took excellent care of us and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location is fantastic—within walking distance of so many great restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it easy to explore San Juan. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return!

We were in the Case Lucienne for about 4 days and it was amazing! The place was clean, well maintained, safe and located in the perfect location in San Juan. It was close enough that we could walk everywhere but far enough from the noise. We went for our anniversary and we will be back for sure! The decor was one of a kind! Amazing, magical place!

Loved staying here. It was centrally located in Old San Juan and was walking distance to most things we wanted to check out in this area. The hotel was excellent with beautiful architecture, clean facilities, and friendly staff. It was also perfect for a couples vacation as it felt appropriately secluded, romantic, and peaceful being a smaller, adults-only hotel.

A nosotros en los personal no nos gustó la temática que tenía la habitación era como de otro siglo no había TV la cama súper mala el baño afuera en el pasillo cuando llegamos de madrugada nos deprimimimos muchísimo pero en la mañana nos cambiaron para el hotel MOME que se los súper recomiendo espectacular con eso me quedo y ya las vacaciones empezaron mejor

My stay at Casa Lucienne was amazing! It was an experience unlike any other. My favorite part was the open roof, where I could sit outside my room, drink my coffee, and enjoy the sound of the rain falling. It was truly peaceful and memorable. I will definitely stay here again!

Very nice place to stay & super quiet and relaxing. Pool area is a good touch. Walking distance to restaurants etc. We stayed in room 406 which was very nice & had a outside space with a big size tub. Also great views especially at night. Staff was very friendly & helpful.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a great location. We stayed in the Resident Suite and loved having our own private entrance. It was spacious and had plenty of room for two people. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchenette was a nice touch, with plates, cups, a microwave, a mini fridge, and a small dining table. You can also refill your water bottles and get ice from the hotel’s kitchen area, which was really convenient. I wouldn’t choose this suite for a group because the bathroom doesn’t have a door. You can hear some noise from outside, but the street is fairly quiet, so it didn’t bother us. One tip: check the parking signs carefully. A lot of the street parking is reserved for residents, and you can get a ticket.

All services were great with the exception of being able to reach housekeeping from 8am-12pm. This is a great location if you plan on staying in old San Juan which is near the beaches, La placita, great restaurant, and much more. Staff were also great, friendly, and helpful.
