Casa Lucienne was perfect for my solo trip. It was in a great location and is decorated beautifully. My room, The Lucienne suite, was fabulous. Bathing in the soaking tub on the terrace was divine. The courtyard with palm trees and the indoor pool were the cherries on top.

Amazing stay! Great location, super cute and comfortable room. They were super helpful, answered all my questions (which I had many lol), let us do late checkout, and store our luggage. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice place to stay & super quiet and relaxing. Pool area is a good touch. Walking distance to restaurants etc. We stayed in room 406 which was very nice & had a outside space with a big size tub. Also great views especially at night. Staff was very friendly & helpful.

Loved staying here. It was centrally located in Old San Juan and was walking distance to most things we wanted to check out in this area. The hotel was excellent with beautiful architecture, clean facilities, and friendly staff. It was also perfect for a couples vacation as it felt appropriately secluded, romantic, and peaceful being a smaller, adults-only hotel.

All services were great with the exception of being able to reach housekeeping from 8am-12pm. This is a great location if you plan on staying in old San Juan which is near the beaches, La placita, great restaurant, and much more. Staff were also great, friendly, and helpful.

Fantastic stay in heart of Viejo San Juan. Everything about this house is magical and my room (Lucienne Suite) exceeded my expectations. The staff was very accommodating and I enjoyed every bit of my experience. Will definitely stay here again. Heads up: this is an old house with three flights of steep stairs and no elevator, so not the most accessible for some.

The place is the best location in the Old Town. The building is very well decorated with taste. The rooms are unbelievable for the price you pay for. It is very quite and just two blocks you are close to Old Town Shops and 1/2 bloc from the largest fort.

This was a great place to stay in San Juan. The staff was wonderful. The room was clean and just as stated. The coffee was excellent every morning!! I would definitely stay here again. It's an old building with all the modern convince!! It's also within walking distance or a short Uber ride to all the local Old San Juan attractions.

The Casa was an excellent choice to stay in the heart of Old San Juan. The room was lovely and spacious. I had to request the room to be cleaned on the Saturday but only the bathroom was done and the bed was not made. I thing there was a different cleaner at the weekend. During the week the was done properly. I would recommend and I would return. Beautiful house.

BEAUTIFUL HOME AWAY FROM HOME!! We highly recommend this gorgeous place right in the middle of Old San Juan. Everything is in walking distance. The charm of this place can’t be beaten. From calming music as you enter, a relaxing rooftop, other beautiful sitting areas, delicious coffee in the morning, and also modern shower and bath facilities, you will absolutely not be disappointed. It was immaculate and easy to access.

Casa Lucienne is a very cool place! It’s right in the middle of Old San Juan and is convenient to all of the restaurants, bars, and shops, not to mention El Morro and other historical sites. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are comfortable. The rooms have a very cool charm, and there are great extras like a small indoor pool and rooftop terrace to hang out on. The location is very busy, so it’s not great for parking, but it’s ideal if you want to be right in the middle of it all! Highly recommended!

Highly recommend! Absolutely loved the home and our room. Loved the open shower. I cant say enough, we will definately be back. beauty, historical, romantic, and peaceful. Very clean, every room and corner of the mansion was captivating and gorgeous. Garden and pool/spa area relaxing and refreshing. Easy check in. Friendly and accommodating hostess. Right next to plaza Colon, but very quiet. Very private! Charm and elegance.

Very pretty property with an old town feel. There are NO elevators for 2nd and 3rd floors, so be prepared for dragging your bags up stairs. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Their plumbing definitely needs an upgrade. We were quite surprised to have a note in our bathroom, saying not to flush toilet paper! We would suggest to the management for the coffee bar to add fresh creamer. There is a small kitchen with a refrigerator and that would be a wonderful way to give guests a little something nicer for coffee (instead of a powder) There is a very cool indoor pool area on the bottom floor. It is private and warm. We were able to walk everywhere from the location. Very centrally located to restaurants, bars, shopping, and points of interest.
