「The guest house was very aesthetically pleasing. The staff was rarely seen but seemed to be everywhere at the same time. I was amazed at how quickly they cleaned up the room and fixed up the bed while I was just grabbing a coffee downstairs. 」

「I enjoy sitting out on the rooftop patio. The neighborhood is lovely for walking and exploring. The only downside is the taxi ride from the airport -- horrible traffic congestion in Old San Juan.」

「シェラトンに泊まるという認識で予約を入れたのですが、ホテル名が変わっていました。 タクシーの運転手に、オールドサンファンにシェラトンは無いと言われ、住所を説明して行ってもらったのですが、その遣り取りで少し難儀しました。 ホテルはジュニアスイートルームに泊まり、ソファ付きのリビングは広くて立派だったのですが、宿泊料（1泊5万円強）に見合う施設だったかというと、少し疑問です。 レターデスクが狭く、2部屋あるのでエアコンの調整が難しかったのも不便を感じました。 またシャワーの湯温の調整も難しく、熱すぎるお湯を被ってしまいました。 しかし観光施設としての立地は最高で、オールドサンファンを堪能するホテルとしては申し分ないと思います。 もう少し安ければという、前提条件付きですが。」

「Beautiful house! Furniture was comfortable. Clean and plenty of linens. Rooftop view of the city was great! We were only there due to an unexpected situation and didn't get to fully utilize/enjoy the space, but we are very thankful for the stay. Would note that staying in Old San Juan is noisy: you can hear cars, music, talking, etc during the night from inside. That's part of it but maybe not great for everyone. 」
