"No hot water and I soon as you go outside you get slapped either cat urine. You can not seat outside on the patio chairs because the smell is so unbearable. The ac is in the kitchen part and it gets hot in the sleeping part of the room. Looks bigger in pictures but it’s very small. This was one of the worst hotels I ever stayed at."

"The hotel is really nice but I believe the five star depends on what you paid for. We stayed in the East tower in a room with ocean view but no balcony which is not as great as the rooms next to us that had that feature. Windows do open which is nice. The staff are helpful and polite. Housekeeping did a great job. I am not much of a pool person but on the one day I entered the main pools, both were heated which is strange to me. Also, the hotel is located on a rocky part of the beach so no access. The street is busy with hotels and some restaurants and pretty safe."
