「Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely.」

「We had a great time at VR Tulum. The staff and food was great. We also got to see Turtles lay eggs 2 of the nights that we were there right on the beach outside of our door. My family and I had a great time!」

「I liked hotel design, building, rooms, cleanliness and pleasant staff, free Kayak for sea/ocean BUT 1) Does not have variety of restaurants in the hotel or around it ( IT IS A BIG DEAL ). Entire area has hotel restaurants & food is 3/5 rating. BTW Be aware!!! shuttle 24/ Hours from Hotel to Airport is 120$ as per Hotel management and we paid 75$ by Cab ( we got lucky) otherwise cab is 100$ as well unless you bargain. 2) It is away from downtown Tulum 20-30 minutes and it is not east...

「I would highly recommend the resort for anyone wanting to get away from crowds at larger resorts. The staff was amazing and accommodating. The food and the views were top notch. There is plenty to do especially for divers and fisherman.」

「This was a last minute trip and I must say I had absolutely a WONDERFUL time and sooooo happy I stayed here! The Staff…EVERYONE was so nice, professional, helpful, kind, sweet, and attentive. I slept very well…the bed was very comfortable. Then Matias…he did a video of me that was soooooo beautiful. I mean…I speechless as I came to do absolutely nothing…which is surprising being I always do activities and take pictures. They let me stay a lil longer for my flight. Arranged my transportation to...
