"Stayed at the Hyatt Regency and overall had a beautiful experience. The views, atmosphere, and location made the trip feel like a true getaway. The resort was clean, relaxing, and had everything we needed right on site!!! The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the pool area especially was one of my favorite parts of the stay. So beautiful! Definitely a memorable Mother’s Day trip and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a nice balance of luxury and relaxation in Puerto Rico."

"From smelly hallways, to super outdated rooms, still with super dirty rugs, doors that dont even close… staff very unpleasant. Had to ask for a paid upgrade. Looks like property never been renewed… Shower was dirty, shower curtains mold (in upgraded room yjat cost extra$50 dollars). Beds were very very uncomftabke… It looks that never been renewed Only thing 10/10 is pool. "

"Bathroom was not great condition. Breakfast should be included. Casino is poorly run, people claiming they had money on the machines and supposedly walking away and claiming they left money on them. Management needs make this look into, travelers can feel more protected from outsiders. I will never want to make reservations here due to not feeling safe."

"Hotel is beautiful and clean. The walk directly to the beach was convenient plus beach chairs and umbrella are included. The pool had plenty of chairs for all loved the swim up bar. Plenty of restaurants to eat at. Locations of hotel was perfect surrounding restaurants, car rental, and local pharmacy. Must try are the Wings at Ocean Bar! Overall Amazing hotel! "
