「I like the great attention and customer services provided by the staff. The facility is awesome! What the did not like was the redundancy and the long time it took to get check in. Also, the salesmen were extremely aggressive trying to sell you the hotel membership. They were so aggressive that on day one and just coming thru the door they approached soliciting. 「Room cleansing is the worst. It was the worst, coming at 8pm in the middle of the night, only partially cleaned, etc. They would come in without permission or have major safety issues. The buffet was the best. The other restaurants are one star level. It is the level of leaving in the middle of the meal. This place was rated harshly because it is 4 stars.」

「The first day at check in was okay we got our room went to it they upgraded us so we thinking it was going to be awesome. Big mistake the air didn’t work the first 3 nights we were there so miserable jacuzzi didn’t work and they don’t clean room good at all… the 4th night is when they finally changed our room the air was perfect but the room had mold in the bathroom. The restaurants are all hard to get reservations!!!! We tried to eat at the steakhouse from arrival until our last night and still...
