"The amenities at the hotel were adequate. The all inclusive buffet had a great selection but we felt that it could have been varied a bit more as the days went on. We paid for a Jr suite and were moved to a regular room because we found several roaches in our room. Even though it was our choice to be moved, we felt like it was only reasonable to be reimbursed the difference in price for the smaller room, but we weren’t. Also our original room was supposed to be an “Ocean view” but it was a view...

"Perfect place to stay for an early flight. Had one little problem with the shower water not getting hot."

"The first night they had me in a room with a broken ac. They moved me to a bigger room with a way better view and closer to main areas. In the new room The shower door didn’t close so I had to hold it with my foot otherwise I really did have a great time there. Staff was great and the facility was very clean. I got two massages while there and that was really great too. You can also book excursions through the hotel however make sure you ask about drop off location because some of the excursions...

"Convenient centric"

"Great place, good food, nice pools, lots of activities and night entertainment. The beach area needs improvement, sand area was too small and beach chairs ran out very fast. Overall great service and staff was super attentive and helpful. "

"I like the fact that we were able to have unlimited drinks and unlimited food in the hotel. What I didn’t like about this hotel is that they offer you discounts on tours but if you get the membership they have they don’t give you anything."

"It was a bit disorganized. It started with a big mishap. Not crazy about the required wristband key. The showers have poor water pressure, and limited hot water. The thermostats in the room are not adjustable. My room was quiet, but on the beach side some guests complained of excess noise. The taxis are quite expensive and uber service is extremely limited. "

"Close to airport. Free shuttle to airport. Parking available at hotel. Improvements that need to be made is hotel policy communications When we arrived for brekdast the waiter told me that I need to pay 25usd per person for breakfast. When booking it showed breakfast was included. After some verification we did not need to pay extra. The same went for parking. I wanted to park and fly and return 2 weeks later. The first Service clerk told me if I have a room booked then parking is free....

"It's an airport hotel, so there isn't much around, but it's easy to get an uber somewhere if you want. The hotel was clean and the pool was nice. The breakfast was really good. Loved the aromatherapy body wash in the shower - plus it was a bulk dispenser so saved on the overpackaged single-use mini shampoo, etc. Would be more sustainable to also add a hand soap at the sink instead of an individually wrapped soap bar. The airport shuttle is a little confusing. We didn't understand the...

"We had an excellent stay here. All of the food was good, especially from the restaurants. A special shout out to Eduardo, his service was attentive and friendly. The pool is small and very hard to find seating. It seems people go early and reserve chairs by putting a towel on them, half of the seats were empty but reserved by someone, kind of frustrating. The beach is where we spent most of our time, as the pool had no place to sit. The suite was beautiful and clean, with an amazing ocean...

"Riu Caribe is nicely situated and the entertainment on the resort is great! The staff is incredibly friendly and the restaurants have pretty good options. "

"Beautiful view and weather. Facility was very clean. Lots of entertainment options. Refreshing ocean breezes kept the flying insects away—until the day the breezes stopped. Mosquitoes arrived and my wife and her friend were eaten alive. (Be sure you bring repellent!) The food, while plentiful, was just average. "

"Food were delicious and there were many options to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. The pool is fantastic, sea and beach is so calm to enjoy time and swim. And the evening/night shows was also good to enjoy after day"
