We made the reservation last minute, when we missed our connecting flight out of Cancun. A lady at the desk of the hotel was able to walk us through getting the free shuttle to the hotel within minutes of making our reservation. We can't say thank you enough just for that kind gesture. Check-in was easy, our dinner in the hotel restaurant was perfection, the shower was wonderful. We had a quick, but nice layover stay. Best perk: the complimentary airport shuttle that functions 24 hours a day.

Clean room, we had requested a baby crib and they helped us get one in the room, the transport shuttle service from the airport to the hotel is great since some supposed taxis are asking ridiculous prices, we had forgotten our baby stroller and they keep it safe until we could return to pick it up. In general great service, I highly recommend them.
