「The number one thing that stood out to my Wife and I was the customer service. The staff was actually happy to have us and you could feel it. The food and drinks were good too. The scenery/ aesthetics was absolutely beautiful which prompted us to do a great photo shoot with Enersto and was so good!! The photos turned out amazing!! Thank you to Isabella (Front desk), Juan (Bailsman), Erick (Spanish class), Benito (drink waiter on the beach). And of the housekeepers and plenty of other nice staff...

「VR Club was a beautiful place to spend 2 weeks! Our room was excellent… just what we were looking for, steps from one of the pools and only a few more steps to the ocean! I loved the sunrises every morning! The staff were excellent, very kind and helpful! The buffet was amazing and lots of exciting dishes to choose from! Everything was clean and well cared for and we would recommend this place to anyone! The only thing I may add is that we found the majority of guests were French speaking...

「My only problem was that we did not get the room we paid $800+ extra (about double the standard rate) to get for our honeymoon. Staff tried to make it right but I’m disappointed and feel misled. However everything else was a 5 star experience. The resort is gorgeous, loved the location l, and the staff was friendly - especially the restaurant staff. Speaking of the restaurant l, the food was insanely delicious. I would highly recommend Mi Amor. Just be aware you might not get the room you paid...
