「All their services and cleanliness of the hotel, I ordered dinner it was excellent. Love their checkout time at 12 noon. I couldn’t get a seat out yesterday and this Hotel was so convenient just to walk over and stayed the night. I will recommend this beautiful hotel ❤️」

「I liked hotel design, building, rooms, cleanliness and pleasant staff, free Kayak for sea/ocean BUT 1) Does not have variety of restaurants in the hotel or around it ( IT IS A BIG DEAL ). Entire area has hotel restaurants & food is 3/5 rating. BTW Be aware!!! shuttle 24/ Hours from Hotel to Airport is 120$ as per Hotel management and we paid 75$ by Cab ( we got lucky) otherwise cab is 100$ as well unless you bargain. 2) It is away from downtown Tulum 20-30 minutes and it is not east...

「El primer día un ligero inconveniente por falta de meseros y comunicación, expuse mi desacuerdo en recepción, y de ahí en adelante todo cambió y el servicio fue excepcional. Gracias a la Directora del complejo por darnos varios detalles en la habitación, los cuales nos encantaron a mi pareja y a mi. Mil gracias 」

「Stunning hotel, beautiful location. Car is essential otherwise hugely overpriced taxis are your only option. I do think a hotel of this calibre and price point really should include breakfast (this is the only luxury hotel I have stayed at that did not include breakfast). Would definitely return」

「The staff was great and the hotel was like a healing getaway while being close enough to town. It was also very easy to find off the highway. 」

「Hotel muy tranquilo. Lo único que no me gustó que el desayuno estuvo muy light, sin opciones para cambiar una bebida por otra y el mesero no te ofrece refill de café. Nos tocó café frío y muy cargado. El precio fue alto en relación a lo que incluye」

「No pudimos hospedarnos en Alea, estuvimos en Nerea, cuyo personal tiene una atención maravillosa. Cada día la persona de limpieza dejaba la habitación impecable. Las instalaciones siempre estaban idóneas y limpias. La playa a pesar del sargazo era accesible por el muelle. También disfrutamos con el kayak y los chalecos salvavidas que tienen a disposición. 」

「ビーチ付属のようなカフェがありますが、朝１０時頃開き夜６時には閉めます。車があれば食事に関しては問題ないでしょう。何といっても最悪は水道水（勿論シャワーも）が塩水です。そこだけは覚悟して下さい。立地は良いです。コレクティーボバスを使えばトゥルムタウンにもドスオホスセノーテにもトゥルム遺跡にも簡単にアクセス。ホテル敷地内にはセノーテが2つ！（これが最高！）。ビーチを北に行けば誰もいないターコイズブルーの海とビーチ！！静けさを求めるなら最高です。」

「We stayed 2 nights.. explored the cenotes. Food offered is not great at the restaurant. Ballimans had great ambiance but was difficult to find and figure out parking. The hotel office was also hard to find... and the lobby of cenotes was zero help. But once we figured out where we were going they were extremely helpful and kind. Everything was very clean and better than expected 」

「This home felt like a private getaway mansion tucked in the jungle of Mexico. The modern touches made it even more special—an iPad in the kitchen let us play music and change the light colors and the beautiful projector setup made family movie nights fun. The drive in can be a bit bumpy and confusing at first, but just follow the signs. Remember the landmarks to entrance : Yax- kin cenote post and “Roberto” the welcome mannequin on the side of highway. Enjoy the jungle experience. 」
