「Definitivamente la estancia es un 10/10. Superó nuestras expectativas. Todo limpio, ordenado, una vista espectacular. Las instalaciones muy bien, todo acogedor. La habitación genial. 「Want to get hotel catfished then book here! I’m sure at one time this place was a 4star hotel, but that was prob 15+ yrs ago when they originally took the hotel photos. I paid for the master suite (which I did not get), the room door could be opened with any key and even a coin (trust me I have videos!) The beach and surrounding areas was heavily covered in trash and heavy seaweed. I understand not all hotels clean the seaweed but at least attempt to clean the trash and love the ocean smh. Don’t...

「This was a last minute trip and I must say I had absolutely a WONDERFUL time and sooooo happy I stayed here! The Staff…EVERYONE was so nice, professional, helpful, kind, sweet, and attentive. 「The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay. The restaurant food was excellent - we had breakfast included and also ate one lunch and 2 dinners during our 5 night stay. 」
