「Honestly, I don’t recomend this hotel someone searching for a comfortable hotel. Because the room is not so much confortable, just work as the room or lodge with weak shower or wind blow into.. 「I liked hotel design, building, rooms, cleanliness and pleasant staff, free Kayak for sea/ocean BUT 1) Does not have variety of restaurants in the hotel or around it ( IT IS A BIG DEAL ). Entire area has hotel restaurants & food is 3/5 rating. BTW Be aware!!! shuttle 24/ Hours from Hotel to Airport is 120$ as per Hotel management and we paid 75$ by Cab ( we got lucky) otherwise cab is 100$ as well unless you bargain. 2) It is away from downtown Tulum 20-30 minutes and it is not east...
