「部屋からビーチへのアクセスは最高です。部屋もこじんまりとしていて使い勝手もいいものでした。食事はビュッフェですが、イマイチでしたので、私達はトゥルムのZona hotelera まで行きました。レンタカーだったのでトゥルムの遺跡やチチェン・イッツァ、コバ、セノーテイキルなど、ここを中心にいろいろなところに行けました。 メキシコですので、タオルを頼んでも1時間くらい来なかったりします。こののんびり感が耐えられない方とスペイン語が堪能でない方、そして車のない方にはお勧めしませんが、客層も主にイタリア人とアメリカ人の落ち着いた人達が多く、概ね過ごしやすいホテルでした。」

「We had a wonderful time at Casa Tortuga! Perfect location and space for our 10 guests ranging from ages 15-45. Samuel and Marisola are angels from heaven that made our stay very memorable and special!! We celebrated my daughter’s birthday and had great family connection time. Every meal was delicious and the housekeeping made it a very relaxing trip!There are many nearby Cenotes and ruins that are worth visiting.We will definitely come back but not in sargasso season! 」

「We were looking for a remote quiet get away and it was perfect for that. Beautiful sunrises, great weather, calming waves. Just what we were looking for. They warned us taxis to the location were expensive and they were right. Plan to spend $100 a day just to leave the facility. The facility is a bit dated and doesn’t look quite a nice as the website photos. Still it was perfect for us. 」

「I liked hotel design, building, rooms, cleanliness and pleasant staff, free Kayak for sea/ocean BUT 1) Does not have variety of restaurants in the hotel or around it ( IT IS A BIG DEAL ). Entire area has hotel restaurants & food is 3/5 rating. BTW Be aware!!! shuttle 24/ Hours from Hotel to Airport is 120$ as per Hotel management and we paid 75$ by Cab ( we got lucky) otherwise cab is 100$ as well unless you bargain. 2) It is away from downtown Tulum 20-30 minutes and it is not east...
