"The hotel and staff are absolutely amazing. What a luxurious experience and also a fantastic staff that are so attentive to their guests. The property is as advertised and even better on arrival. The rooms are beautifully decorated and also keep a very modern and comfortable vibe. The area surrounding is safe and the dining is vast. There are multiple places to eat and drink close by. The shopping areas are beautiful and also walkable "

"Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. The front desk staff were so warm, pleasant and accommodating. They made our check-in seamless. The room was immaculate and well maintained. We used in-room dining a bit and the food was always delivered promptly. The overnight menu is particularly good if you’ve been out late into the night and you wish to have something to eat when you return to your room. Of course, the food was delicious! There was a variety at breakfast, with both buffet and a-la-carte menu items available. Our check-out was also accomplished with little fuss. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again!"

"Reception person (Boris) was not helpful when i requested a room with an oxford street view and he claimed that the hotel fully booked for the next 4 days! However the next day i want to the reception desk and managed to get me an oxford view room. "

"We have stayed at the hotel several times and it’s one of our favorites when we visit London. The executive rooms are nice and the area, Mayfair, of course is beautiful. You’re just a short walk from everything including Green Park across the street. We love the city and visiting the hotel. This visit sometimes our mini bar was not restocked fully but otherwise we had a terrific time. Thank you, we will be back. "

"Reception was lovely. Room was clean. Shower is poorly designed so water gathered on the floor. More of an annoyance than anything. Heater/air conditioner didn’t always work. As it was the weekend there was a lot of street noise. However great location and well run. Didn’t eat there so no feedback on the restaurant. "
