"Brilliant hotel. The pictures don’t do it justice - it is a brilliant hotel with excellent service right in the heart of London. It really is what a Four Seasons Hotel should be. "
"This is the loveliest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Period. It embraces old world England yet offers all the modern amenities. It feels, tastes and embraces all things British which I loved. Yes, it’s very expensive but, in this case, I felt it was worth it. "

"Excellent position for the theatres and very clean and modern. My fault for not looking into it better but no where to put your luggage and no tea and coffee facilities, this is stated on it but i didnt realise. There was also alot of noise possibly from a night till really very late which qas very annoying. But it was clean and the staff were fabulous. "
"Totally worth the money - I felt so comfortable and pampered. Great neighborhood to walk around. The staff is wonderful - the room is great. Comfortable bed, great towels and amenities. Bathroom is great. Tea and cookies in the room - more cookies every night. I don't usually stay in better hotels but i'm so glad we splurged for this."
"Great hotel - friendly check-in (I was lucky and my room was ready very early). Comfortable beds and quiet rooms. All the amenities you need. Love the program where you can skip a housekeeping day for cafe credit. I would definitely stay here again. "
"A wonderful small hotel experience in Mayfair on a quiet street just off Piccadilly. Well appointed room. Surprisingly good restaurant and bar. Great WiFi!"
