"Beautiful hotel, full of charm and character, everything is spotlessly clean and the hotel smells amazing. Staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming and all your needs are met. On arrival we had champagne and up on telling them we were celebrating a birthday, we were given a surprise birthday cake with candle. Everything about this hotel was perfect."

"Room was clean but property overall was not. Carpets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in forever. Internet went down and no one could get in their rooms. I had paid for early check in and it was a process. We missed an appt in London because we couldn’t leave luggage. We were traveling with our adult kids and the frosted glass in the bathrooms is not very good for privacy. I would not stay here again. "

"Great location just off Oxford Street, room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was really good. The only issue was the wait for coffee to be offered. You can get coffee for yourself but the machine did run out at times. Great hotel for a London trip. Tube is just around the corner."
