"Location is perfect for easy travel around the city, even with kids; it’s right above grand central station and transportation was easily accessible. The hotel is clean and modern however I had to call every single day for additional towels as they would often only 1 or 2 towels total. Also, although there are multiple elevators, there was always a line and a long wait time. The hotel also doesn’t offer a workspace area but they offer charging you a fee for a private space to use if needed. Restaurant on-sure doesn’t offer kids options but easy walk to many food stands in grand central station. "

"The staff was very friendly. The rooms were cute and clean. And the hotel was very centrally located. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but I personally didn’t mind."

"Great hotel right in the heart of Broadway. My family stayed and felt safe and loved walking over to Times Square. The staff were wonderful and we loved that there was enough bunk beds for the family. It was the kids favorite stay during our trip "
