The staff here was amazing with every interaction. The room is small and bed is mid but the location makes up for it. The lobby can get a little busy because of the restaurant attached which wasn’t ideal. Overall, would stay again and appreciate the staff!

Hotel is conveniently located and affordable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is worn down and could use some renovations. Breakfast was not available but there’s many options for food just outside.

Room is cheap. Bed is cheap no internet on the tv. Only reason why its even 2 stars was, the front desk early am check out on 1/19/26 was very helpful and friendly and the guy helping the bags storage. Checkin is a hustle took 30 mins for check in with 1 guy ahead of me. Another thing is the elevator so narrow it can only fit 2 check in and 2 carry with 2 people. No microwave, shower drainage is awful. Too many to mention. The only good thing facility wise is the lobby.

Staff are nice, amenities are fine, there is no kettle or fridge in rooms, we were surprised by that. Weekends are so busy and lots of noise if you sleep early. The location is excellent, right at the Time Square .
