"Pros: Good bed and temperature control, clean and quiet room, attentive staff,, fresh cut melon and berries at breakfast. My only negative comment is they could include whole grain bread or waffle options, healthier cereal choices, and some better (less sweet) yogurt elections. "

"Staff were very helpful and nice. Very understanding when i realized I forgot my physical debit and had somw difficulty figuring out how i was going to check in. However the hvac units in the rooms are old and hardly function. I was given another room because the hvav did not work at all but the hvac in the 2nd room was working but felt like it was on its last leg. Luckily it was only hot on the first night and the other nights were fine."

"Had a lovely stay. The room was a good size, beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff was helpful and courteous. The location was very close to the train and we could get everywhere we wanted to go in NY. Thank you!"
