My stay at Aloft was short but overall good. I honestly wish I could have stayed longer. The staff was courteous, attentive, and welcoming, which made the experience pleasant. However, I was disappointed that my room was changed without any prior notice, and I was charged a higher rate than the room I originally booked. I would have appreciated being informed about the room change and any difference in price beforehand. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying again, but I would hope for better communication regarding room changes and charges

Staff extremely nice. The hotel is so narrow, the rooms literally encircle the elevators. We could hear the elevators going up & down all day/night. It sounded like a muffled train until we figured out it was the elevators. No restaurant on site was sort of a drag. You have to get ice from the sundries area. Decent location but I don’t think I’d stay here again.
