We were in NY for our kids' Spring break and we wanted a place that's child friendly, safe and walking distance from parks, restaurants, and all places worth visiting. This hotel had it all. We will definitely go back in the future. Plus, we got there early in the morning and the staff accommodated our needs and let us check-in at noon. We are so thankful for that!

The staff here were wonderful. The receptionists were so friendly, offering us complementary drinks at the bar because our room wasn't ready at check in time. Then, when the bar wasn't open yet, the food and drink manager was so sweet. I was very impressed by everyone. The breakfast in the morning was nice too.

Great place to stay! The breakfast was fantastic! Fabulous views from the 54th floor. The area around the corner toward 99 Cent Pizza and south toward Times Square was a little sketchy. Groups of people hanging out by the empty storefront next to Dunkin Donuts after dark made me hesitant to walk past. But…it is New York. What do I expect?
