"The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and almost perfect with regards to its cleanliness, service, and price. There are two issues though. I travelled in April and Japan was still cold on most days. The hotel kept the air conditioner (AC) on all night. It took them two days to turn on the heat but on the fifth day, they went back to the AC and said they were not allowed to turn the heat on again. Those cold nights were uncomfortable. "It was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The rooms were a little bit run down visually, but clean and all room amenities were provided. Loved the service. Got help from staff with ease when our room cards stopped working one night. All in all a solid 4.5/5 experience."

"I actually loved this hotel, the room was the biggest of any we booked in Japan and was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that this location is in more of a business area and slightly further away from any entertainment. However, there is a shopping area nearby as well as food options and the Iidabashi train station a block or two away. I will definitely book this hotel chain again maybe just not this specific location. But it was a great stay! "
