Great location, easy to get around via subway but not super crowded around the hotel. The staff was great and very helpful. We would stay here again.

Great location, can be accessed by foot from underground metro station. No need to worry about the weather

The hotel location is easily accessible by subway and JR. However, my only concern is that the hotel room is not sound proof which means you may hear people talking in the next suite.

A very well run and maintained hotel. Staff were polite and efficient. Room was small but well appointed, with a very comfortable bed.

For the price, this room was about what I expected. The room was pretty small, as expected in Tokyo, but we didn't really spend much time in the room since we were out exploring the city. The room has towels, hair dryer, bidet, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, a hot water kettle, TV, and air conditioning. ...

Good facilities and excellent service. I will be comming back when ever i have time to go to japan. I highly appreciated the cleanliness and the staff are very courteous
