"Located in the heart of Ginza, it is a great spot to explore the Ginza area. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was well appointed, but seemed very small compared to the other places we stayed at during this trip. The bathroom was nice, like most hotel bathrooms we saw, compared to similarly priced hotels in the US. The breakfast buffet was nice, but our other stays had more options. Would have liked few more options for pure vegan/vegetarian folks. But they were very accommodating and prepared a special soy meat item for my wife. Will definitely stay again in the future. But may ask for a little bigger room if were staying more than one night. It is also located close to the imperial palace, something we got to walk around during our brief stay."

"I stayed in the Premium queen room, 6th floor. The ambient lighting was so perfect at night even during the day. The staff were extremely helpful and Tamang and Vivek are a power duo at the bar. They made my last night an enjoyable experience. Their stories of being from Nepal are also a treat. They showed me things that were new to me which i really appreciated. The location is incredible. 5 minute or less walk to the main Ginza line of Shimbashi. Located so well to all major visiting cities. Less than 25 minutes to just about anywhere youd like to go in tokyo with minimal transitions on different lines. Would 100% stay here again. Also if you like HOT showers, they get the job done. Only thing the room needs, is a microwave 😅"

"The hotel itself is very conveniently located beside Shimbashi station and walking distance to Ginza. It’s across many restaurants and shops, though if you don’t enjoy night life you don’t want to pass by the area as there are a lot of soliciting for host bars and maid cafes. Hotel is offering variety of amenities that you don’t really need anything on you other than your clothes. They also have a coffee machine and variety of tea bags for you to enjoy on 2nd floor which is the lobby, though I wish they had some area where customers could sit and eat as a staff member didn’t allow me to have a cake that I brought in when I asked. Other than that the room was cozy as many other hotels in Tokyo is like. It was perfect for solo travel or business travel. The breakfast was good with many selections. The ladies working in the restaurant work too hard it gets a bit intimidating and very fast paced. Don’t really expect to sit and relax to eat. It’s more of a grab your bites and leave vibe. The food tasted great though. I would definitely comeback to this hotel if I’m in the area"
