The hotel was very clean and in a great location right beside Tokyo Station. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The room was a nice size and the bed and bathroom was great. I used the luggage shipping service which was very easy and the staff handled that very efficiently. Highly recommended.

This is an excellent hotel right next to Tokyo Station which makes for a very convenient location. The breakfast buffet is a extensive assortment of Japanese food or if that is not your thing of western breakfast cuisine.

I had to change plans suddenly and neede to extend my stay. They found a new room and the move went smoothly. One staff member helped me use automated money exchange I couldn't figure out. Staff were kind and helpful.

Fantastic views of the neighborhood. Perhaps the most conveniently located hotel if you’re in and out of town and want to be next to Tokyo Station. Only stayed one night but am looking forward to coming back!

The staff was very friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. I really appreciated it. It made my stay very enjoyable. Also, I really liked the location that is very close to Tokyo Station. I would stay there again.

The breakfast in the morning was a delight! Beautiful views of the City and Tokyo Station was right below. Everybody was very friendly and accommodating. The spread of food was decadent and every option you can think of.

This was our 3rd time staying at this hotel. We love the location, the convenience of hotel amenities, and the comfort of our room. It is always clean and well maintained, and the staff are friendly and responsive. Would definitely come back for a 4th time!
