"This is my 2nd time staying at this property and absolutely love it. A huge bonus is a direct connection to the subway system which is a huge plus. The rooms are large and the bathroom setup is amazing (rainfall shower head, tub and another handheld shower section). Concierge helped us get 2 very difficult reservations (Sukiyabashi Jiro Honten in Ginza, Tokyo and Jiro Roppongi) "

"The pristine condition of this hotel was simply stunning. However, the standout feature was the exceptional staff. They were incredibly friendly and even went so far as to pose for selfies with me. Inside my room, all the amenities are of premium quality including soap, body lotion and also coffee machine, safety box, cool bar, ironing board set and the branded TOTO automated toilet bowl. There's also a dedicated flat sink for purified drinkable tap water. And to top it off, a new gym is on...

"Very clean and great room layout, spacious and functional, used the hottub bath everyday. Gym is a bit small but very bright and clean with all the basics you need to workout. Staffs are very friendly and helpful! Location is right next to subway station which makes it convenient to travel between places. 7 -11 right beside hotel, good for quick bite, snacks and drinks. Hotel is a bit pricy but mainly due to holiday season. Other than that, highly recommend to fellow travelers ! "

"The Prince Gallery Hotel is modern luxe at its best. The room was spacious with spectacular view of Tokyo. It was outfitted with absolutely everything you can think of, from luxe cotton pjs and kimono robes, to every possible toiletry one might need. The staff was very helpful. The area around the hotel was safe and lovely with convenient access to the subway. The only caveat is that it’s not actually walking distance to many of the most interesting sights. "Very comfortable room in a quieter but well-connected area of Tokyo. Easy to reach from Haneda airport via monorail then 5 min taxi ride (~$3 fare). Walked to the Tokyo Tower at night to work off some jet lag and we felt very safe in the area. Steps away from all 3 konbini stores! 5 min walk to the Onarimon Station for quick access to the subway system. Great western and eastern style breakfast. Many Westerners seem to stay here so staff English is excellent. "

Convenience store located on the lower floor. Hotel located in a wonderful area of the city with tons of restaurants, coffeeshops, bars, theaters, etc. Will definitely be back. That place is a good."
