"Overall the hotel is good. Location is great, close to train station with lots of food options area. The room is very spacious, good to have the kitchenette and washer in the room. Very useful when travel with kids. "

"We had booked a standard room which turned out to be tiny. Staff assisted by providing an upgrade to a much more spacious and comfortable room for a fee. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. It was disappointing that on two occasions we had been out for the day and found our room had not been cleaned. The hotel itself is close to a station and Tokyo Dome but a bit far from shopping outlets."
