Being in Gion meant we could easily walk to temples, charming streets, and wonderful restaurants while still returning to a tranquil sanctuary at the end of the day. The traditional touches—like the serene garden areas and the beautiful onsen bath—made the experience feel uniquely Japanese and incredibly relaxing."

"Everything about this place seemed perfect. Definitely smaller than expected but I did not mind it. The amenities made up for it. The showers were clean and the cleaning service was great. I have never been to a hotel where I been this satisfied before with everything. "

"Stayed here for the on suite laundry and dryer machine. HIGHLY recommend for people who are staying in Tokyo for long periods. The area is quiet and it was only a few min walk from the train station (very convenient for people who have big luggage's). The hotel is good for solo travellers, but It should be doable for couples/duo's (keep in mind there not much space to open up check-in sized luggage's) "
