The room was very spacious and spotless. Close to the Ueno Station, easy to navigate around tokyo with Section L as our home base. The staff are nice and helpful!

The staff was very helpful guiding us through our check in and checkout. They also helped us fill out the luggage transfer forms for our oversized luggage & directed us to the correct Yamato location nearby. The room was very clean and was comfortable. There was a good amount of space for us to open luggage compared to a lot of other Tokyo hotels. We also appreciated the hotel providing QR codes for all the appliances to translate to English.
